WHERE DO WE GO

Due to increased fuel and general running costs it is necessary to continually monitor the cost effectiveness and efficiency of our collections and delivery service.. Also taking into account continual increase and decrease in service user demand within the local areas. So where are our present boundaries?.....

Until further notice Encore Re-Use has determined that our boundaries are to operate within a 7 mile radius of Ashbourne which includes some parts of Staffordshire and the Derbyshire Dales and a 5 mile Radius of Matlock within the Derbyshire Dales. (It is possible that we could operate outside these boundaries in exceptional circumstances from time to time subject to prior arrangement and negotiation - dependant on individual circumstances).
